Film Dressing

Mefilm is a semi-occlusive, transparent self-adhesive film dressing with high moisture/vapor permeability. It is also skin-friendly, flexible, and provides a barrier to liquids, dirt and bacteria. The film is indicated for a wide range of wounds in the granulation phase, including superficial burns, IV sites, abrasions, lacerations, donor sites, superficial pressure ulcers and closed surgical wounds as well as for the prevention of skin breakdown. It is made of a thin and flexible polyurethane film, which is coated with a skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive.
