The Flexi-Seal Fecal Collector features a modified skin barrier to ensure maximum protection of perianal skin. It provides this protection while maintaining a secure seal for an average wear time of 24 hours. The product is a patient-friendly alternative to diapers, which in turn saves caregiver time, reduces soiling and contamination, and helps prevent skin breakdown. The product is equipped with a tap for use with a bedside drainage unit for feces of liquid consistency. If desired, the tap can be cut off and the collector sealed with the tail closure provided.
