Emergency Department Medical Information Software

Emergency Chart software documents patient medical information from triage to disposition and automates many functions, enabling staff to focus on patients instead of paper charting or computer displays. It also provides administrative tools for emergency department managers and for quick assurance requirements. The software features an automatic daily log, auto-faxing of patient records, and downloads admit/discharge/transfer (ADT) information from Healthcare Information Systems interfaces.

The product is site-configurable to create clinical documentation that meets the needs of the facility. Multiple input devices are available, including "thin client" technology for bedside documentation with total mobility using a radio-linked terminal. Additionally, the software exceeds JCAHO quality assurance guidelines and other standards.
